Advanced Financial and Business Acumen Virtual

In this facilitator-led, interactive digital business simulation session, participants work in teams to expand their financial and business acumen. In the business simulation, there is a model/case company dealing with typical leadership challenges that many companies are facing today including: product selection, market segment, investments in sales, market, R&D and production capabilities in a highly competitive marketplace. Participants work through the challenges, discuss and agree, as a competitive team, on which decisions/route to take. The teams compete to see who can run an organization from a leadership perspective, apply various business acumen, and work cooperatively as a team to deliver the best results. The winning team will be the team that generates the greatest profitability based on their decisions throughout the simulation.
