Build Your Executive Presence

The Build Your Executive Presence Workshop is focused on the belief that impressions and perceptions matter. How others perceive you and how they describe you can affect their willingness to work with you. Therefore, as a leader or manager, it’s important that you deliver the right impression and make a strong impact on those around you. During this course, we discuss a process for developing and demonstrating one’s desired executive presence. By understanding that it’s not just what you say, but how you say it, the participants will come across as more confident, sincere, and credible in any setting (one on one meetings, group meetings or networking events). We also discuss key elements of knowing oneself and one’s stakeholders. We then develop the skills required for holding a perfect meeting, in which rapport is established, key insights are ascertained, and a persuasive message is delivered with full congruence, ensuring lasting impact.
