In-Stride

In-Stride is a 12-month blended Learning journey which aims to strengthen the leadership pipeline towards senior leadership positions (quality and quantity), hence, ensuring business continuity. It is a holistic learning environment which provides diverse learning experiences to gain leadership insights, foster peer-to-peer learning, and address critical development experience. An all rounded development program which entails exposure to Leader Connects, 1:1 coaching based on KFALP, experiential learning through business simulations and a Certification with Top B School Leadership Classroom Program.
