Leading in Change Virtual

Leading in Change provides managers with the knowledge, skills, and agility to effectively lead their teams through change initiatives. Participants are introduced to the Abbott Leading Change Process Model and the support tools available to help improve change success within an ever-increasing volatile, uncertain, complex, ambiguous (VUCA) world. In the course, participants review the different types of change, the roles of a leader in change, and the characteristics of successful change initiatives. Participants also examine their own leadership styles and practice skills that helps prepare themselves as leaders in change. This two-day course engages participants through small and large group discussions and case study reviews to prepare managers to effectively lead and support their employees in a changing environment.
