Director Foundation Program Virtual

The Director Foundation Virtual Program is a blended and interactive learning program intended to support newly appointed directors to effectively transition into their expanded responsibilities. During the Director Foundation program, participants will learn Abbott’s expectations for leadership at the director level. Participants will also enhance skills and capabilities to think, act and influence strategically, build talent, and demonstrate behaviors that drive results.
