GM Acceleration Program Virtual

This Regional Key Talent program will accelerate readiness and build the quality of identified talent for Leadership Roles (GM/Commercial Leader) and prepare them for movement when opportunities arise. Program eligibility is only for individuals that have shown high levels of performance in their current or previous roles and have been identified during Regional Talent Management Reviews with the potential to become a GM or Commercial Leader in the next 2 years. The program consists of 3 phases: 1. Business & Finance Workshop (F2F) 2. Assessment Center 3. Development Opportunities
