ADC Leadership Stretch Program

A 5 – 6 month blended learning experience to accelerate the development of nominated high-performing, high-potential employees. Participants will have the opportunity to acquire new skills, perspectives, and judgment in a cross-geographical and cross-disciplinary setting by working on a real-life business case sponsored by the senior leadership team. Talents are enabled and encouraged to unleash their “stretch” potential beyond their current role and environment.
