Interview skills training provides Abbott Managers the resources and skills to select the most qualified candidates. Participants will understand the importance of good interviewing and their role in the process. They will be able to use a behavioral-based interviewing approach and use the Abbott Interviewer guide, to ensure they ask the right questions and obtain complete responses from candidates to determine fit for a position.
