Manager Foundation Virtual

The Manager Foundation Virtual Program is a blended learning program that combines two foundational courses: Managing at Abbott and Managing Performance. It provides opportunity to learn the behaviors critical to being a successful Abbott manager. It establishes the role expectations for supervisors and managers new to managing direct reports or new to Abbott. It provides an introduction to the Performance Management process at Abbott and actively develops participant’s skills in setting clear expectations, assessing performance, identifying development opportunities, development planning – all through the use of effective communication strategies. It also helps managers successfully lead teams to achieve business results within the Abbott culture and environment. It will also provide best practices and guidance for demonstrating the Abbott leadership competencies and value-based decision-making.
