Retaining and Developing Women - Virtual

In this virtual session, the three types of barriers for women in the workplace, cultural, organizational, and self-imposed, are explored. Using data-based insights the session reviews similarities and differences between men and women, and similarities and differences between women around the world. The session concludes with ideas on what men can do, what women can do, and what the organization can do to support the retention and development of women in the workplace.
