In the face of dramatically changing circumstances, stress is a growing problem leading to lowered resilience. Low levels of resilience take a toll on leaders’ health, mood, cognitive capacity and productivity. The one thing we have control over is how we let life’s events affect us. If we can master our thinking and our mindset, we can release confidence and potential that we didn’t know were there.
