In this virtual workshop, you will work with a variety of tools, and apply them to an important current challenge or opportunity in your organization.This workshop helps you develop greater awareness of your own biases and assumptions that may stand in the way of achieving results. You will identify and apply systems thinking, critical thinking, and creative thinking in the context of Strategic Thinking. You will plan for including and influencing key stakeholders in making and implementing critical decisions. There will also be numerous opportunities to apply the tools and techniques of Strategic Thinking to your real-world challenges during, between, and after the workshop sessions.
